Responsibilities:

Lead teams of 5 or more people in application design, development, testing, and problem resolution with significant autonomy.
Prepare and review system-level designs and lead cross-functional work teams for project schedules and estimates.
Mentor team members and maintain authoritative knowledge of all systems under the team's responsibility.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional work experience, plus 5+ years in software development or testing.
Experience with modern web and backend technologies, including React, Node.js, Python, Java, and cloud-native systems.
Knowledge of software development methodologies, testing practices, and team leadership skills.
