Senior Fullstack Engineer, Marketing

Role and Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs powering GTM and growth platforms.
• Contribute across the stack, including frontend work when projects require it, and make build-versus-buy tradeoffs.
• Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability issues before they become user-facing.

• GTM Engineering builds and operates technical systems for reaching and growing our audience.
• Partners closely with Marketing, Design, and Content to turn business goals into reliable technical execution.
• Work spans web platforms, content tooling, and campaign infrastructure in a cross-functional setting.

What You'll Bring:

• Strong track record owning backend systems in production with proficiency in Vue, Node, Go, and Ruby.
• Deep experience with API design, data modeling, and database performance; comfort making independent tradeoffs.
• Clear written communication for architecture proposals and asynchronous collaboration.
