Job Description
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, balance sheet, and fixed assets. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP with the support of external accountants. Manage and enhance internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and reduce risk. Lead month-end and year-end closing processes. Coordinate external audits and liaise with external accountants and tax advisors. Assist in the development and monitoring of departmental budgets and financial KPIs. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial and tax regulations. Support cash flow forecasting and working capital management. Collaborate with the FP&A team to provide financial insights for strategic decisions. Utilise in-house systems and financial software to enhance reporting efficiency and data accuracy.
