Role Overview:

  • Serve as both a production underwriter and business leader driving new business growth and team development.
  • Expand the Cyber Risk Division's presence throughout the East Coast territory through strong broker relationships.
  • Manage territory results and operating expenses in accordance with divisional financial objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of cyber underwriting experience preferred.
  • 2-4+ years of leadership experience developing and managing underwriting teams.
  • Established broker relationships and ability to travel up to 50% throughout the East Coast.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of $150,000 - $225,000 based on skills and experience.
