Responsibilities:
- Own subregion performance against key financial targets including written premium, profitability, and retention.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Senior Territory Managers to achieve growth goals.
- Develop and execute territory strategies driving profitable Personal Lines growth.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in business or related field; MBA, CIC, or institute designation preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible work experience in a field distribution environment.
- Proven success in building partnerships and improving team performance.
