Role Overview:
- Lead cross-channel demand generation for Insurance growth strategy.
- Manage team and report to VP of Insurance Services.
- Partner with analytics and product teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Channel & Lead Source Enablement: evaluate and pilot new channels, design test-and-learn frameworks.
- Channel Execution Support: manage marketing portfolio, improve optimization standards.
- Analytics & Experimentation: partner with decision science, establish experimentation frameworks.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years experience in performance marketing or growth.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Knowledge of personal lines insurance industry.
