Senior Manager, Demand Generation US Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated, persona-based demand generation strategies targeting enterprise healthcare and operational decision-makers.
• Build scalable campaign frameworks across multiple channels including email, digital campaigns, content programs, and account-based marketing initiatives.
• Own full-funnel campaign planning, launch execution, optimization, and performance measurement.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, preferably within healthcare, SaaS, AI, or enterprise environments.
• Proven experience owning integrated campaign strategies, ABM programs, and pipeline generation at scale.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
