Responsibilities:
- Own pipeline metrics including MQL volume, MQL-to-SQO conversion, pipeline creation, and velocity.
- Partner with Rev Ops to build reporting rhythms and drive continuous optimization.
- Identify gaps in the demand engine and bring forward recommendations.
Requirements:
- 6+ years in B2B demand generation with a track record of owning pipeline targets.
- Experience building demand gen programs from scratch.
- Hands-on experience with Martech (Salesforce, Marketo or HubSpot, Outreach or similar).
Success in 90 Days:
- Clear understanding of the internal IT market opportunity, buyer personas, ICP, and gaps.
- A 6-month integrated demand plan defined and at least one net-new campaign in-market.
- Weekly or bi-weekly pipeline reporting cadence established.
