What You’ll Own:
- Drive net-new pipeline by designing and executing field marketing programs: webinars, trade shows, in-person events, and digital activations, ensuring a focus on ROI from the start.
- Build multi-touchpoint, integrated campaigns that move leads through the funnel using ads, email, social, content, and more, optimizing ruthlessly based on performance data.
- Partner with sales to align marketing activity directly to pipeline goals; communicate clearly on metrics that matter to leadership.
What You Bring:
- 3–7 years in demand generation or field marketing, with at least 2 years in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of campaigns that generated pipeline, not just impressions.
- Fluency with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity; and platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Asana.
Mindset:
- Competitive by nature, you know who the competitors are and where the gaps are.
- Analytically sharp and comfortable in data exports as well as creative briefs.
- Self-directed, accountable, and high-energy in a fast-moving global environment.
