Senior Demand Generation & Growth Marketing Manager

The Role:

• This is a remote, high-ownership individual contributor role reporting to the SVP of Marketing, responsible for owning and scaling Builder Prime's demand engine.
• You will carry a sourced-pipeline number, diversify demand generation channels, and sharpen the path from lead to closed deal.
• The role starts with a demand generation mandate and has room to grow into broader, full-funnel growth as the function matures.

The Day-to-Day:

• Own the demand generation plan and sourced-pipeline number, setting the channel mix and budget allocation, measured on pipeline, cost per lead, and campaign throughput.
• Diversify demand beyond paid search into new channels including LinkedIn, paid social, TikTok, retargeting, and intent platforms, directing the paid media agency partner.
• Partner closely with SDR and sales teams on follow-up cadence and service-level agreements to ensure no qualified lead falls through the cracks.
