About the Role:
- We are seeking an Enablement Account Manager to strengthen agency relationships and drive performance.
- This role combines account management, sales enablement, training, and strategic partnership development.
- You will serve as a trusted advisor to help agencies maximize carrier relationships and products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with assigned independent agencies.
- Conduct training sessions to improve agent knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Analyze agency performance data to identify growth opportunities and recommend actions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of property and casualty insurance experience with independent agents.
- Active P&C insurance license and strong communication skills.
