SAR Analyst

Role Overview:

• The SAR Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and dispositioning transaction monitoring alerts and conducting detailed investigations on complex cases.
• The role involves analyzing customer activity and transactional behavior to identify potential suspicious activity and support timely FIU reporting.

Job Description:

• Review, investigate, and disposition transaction monitoring alerts relating to customers and activity.
• Conduct enhanced analysis on complex AML/CFT cases, including transaction patterns and source of funds.
• Support SAR/STR filing processes and maintain documentation of investigative steps.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal, or related field with 5+ years of experience in investigations or AML compliance.
• Prior experience in SAR/STR investigations and familiarity with FINnet portal preferred.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
