Role Overview:
- Operate at the intersection of business and technology, leading enterprise technical initiatives for a global, remote-first team.
- Report to a Senior Manager based in EMEA and collaborate across AMER, EMEA, and APAC time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive complex initiatives across IT, Engineering, and enterprise platforms, including OKR implementations, M&A integrations, and system redesigns.
- Facilitate structured discussions between business and technical teams, translating goals into delivery plans with clear scope, risks, and milestones.
- Provide outcome-focused reporting tailored to different stakeholders and proactively identify and manage risks.
Operational Excellence:
- Enforce PMO standards and consistent work management practices, adjusting detail based on project complexity.
- Improve templates and ways of working, actively using Appfire products to provide feedback to Product teams.
- Contribute to the PM Community of Practice, sharing best practices and leveraging AI tools for workflow automation and reporting.
Qualifications and Culture Fit:
- Requires 5+ years leading complex, enterprise-wide technical initiatives end-to-end with technical fluency to engage engineers and architects.
- Demonstrated experience applying AI and automation within Project Management and a growth mindset for improving team operations.
- Must excel in remote communication, adapt swiftly to change, and be dedicated to elevating client and co-worker experiences.
