Own and operationalize end-to-end program delivery for complex cross-functional product initiatives.
Implement and monitor operational metrics and program tracking systems.
Partner closely with Product Design leadership to plan, prioritize, and drive design initiatives.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in technical program management, design program management, product operations, or related roles.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and modern technical frameworks.
Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

Can I work remotely?:

Yes, this is a remote position.
Employees are asked to travel to the San Jose, CA office up to three times per year plus one company-wide offsite.
Travel expenses are covered and reasonable accommodations are made for those under unique circumstances who cannot travel.
