Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead protocol upgrades across the Superchain, from planning to rollout.
• Drive performance analysis to make the OP Stack faster and cheaper.
• Empower the team to deliver upgrades more quickly, improving tooling.

What skills do you bring?

• 2+ years of people management experience in a high-growth organization.
• Experience building and retaining high-performing engineering teams.
• Strong background in distributed systems or large-scale infrastructure.
