Senior Design Systems Designer

The Senior Design Systems Designer will lead the continued evolution and governance of the design system, its design language, and the team's capabilities to support the design organization. The ideal candidate loves to roll up their sleeves and dig into Figma with their peers, exploring solutions together, asking why, and attempting to understand the problems they are attempting to solve for our users while leveraging the design system. This designer will lead peers, grow and mentor other designers, and help build relationships with stakeholders on the product, engineering, and marketing teams. They’ll be responsible for ensuring the design system meets the needs of its consumers and that components, documentation, and processes meet the high bar of quality we expect to see in our end products.
