Job Description
As a Project Manager you will develop and maintain integrated master schedules for complex and multi-disciplinary projects using industry-standard project management tools. Collaborate closely with project managers, teams, and stakeholders to establish realistic deadlines, milestones, and deliverables aligned with organizational objectives. Monitor project progress against baseline schedules, proactively identifying risks, delays, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies in accordance with project management best practices.
Drive and coordinate task assignments and resource allocation, ensuring optimal utilization of personnel and materials to meet project targets. Lead regular scheduling and project review meetings, effectively communicating priorities, goals, and status updates to cross-functional teams and senior leadership. Drive and track task and project completion, updating schedules and project plans regularly to reflect current status, changes, and resource shifts.
Analyze schedule and project performance metrics providing actionable insights and recommending corrective actions as needed. Prepare and deliver detailed schedule and project reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and key stakeholders. Identify, document, and resolve conflicts among project tasks, resources, timelines, and budgets, using proven project management techniques. Ensure all scheduling and project management processes comply with organizational policies, industry standards, and client requirements, facilitating continuous process improvement.
