Software Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead key development initiatives for Punchh, PAR’s industry-leading loyalty platform designed specifically for restaurants. In this role, you’ll collaborate with product and technical leaders and a talented team of engineers to deliver scalable, performant solutions that enhance our overall application platform and POS integrations. You’ll apply best practices in software development and Agile methodologies to deliver consistent results, while leveraging your leadership experience to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. You understand that high-performing teams are built on trust, collaboration, and strong relationships. As a Software Engineering Manager you will lead Scrum teams of software engineers, QA, and QE and guide Agile ceremonies and help the team prioritize, plan, and execute efficiently. Furthermore, you will drive the technical debt roadmap and ensure long-term scalability.
