As the Director of Logistics & Delivery Experience, you will own the end-to-end customer delivery journey- from how our products move through our national shipping network to how they arrive at the door. You’ll set the strategic direction for our logistics and carrier ecosystem, optimize cost and performance across the network, and ensure every delivery reflects the quality and care that Ollie stands for. This role blends operational excellence with customer obsession- you’ll combine data-driven insights, logistics expertise, and strong cross-functional leadership to continuously improve delivery speed, reliability, and experience. You will define and execute Ollie’s delivery and shipping strategy, oversee and negotiate all carrier contracts ,establish key metrics, and lead business reviews with key carrier partners. You will also build and mentor a delivery operations team focused on data, process improvement, and customer experience excellence.
