Senior Software Engineer-Full Stack BackEnd/CMS

Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack BackEnd/CMS works directly with stakeholders, product, design and the frontend engineering team to develop and extend our content management system and enterprise B2B APIs. This person will be responsible for development in both the CMS (Optimizely) as well as the backend API platform (Java/Spring Boot). The Senior Software Engineer should be able to work autonomously, be very detail oriented (think scalable architecture), and able to see the features through from inception to delivery. Essential duties include developing custom page and block libraries in Optimizely, architecting reusable and scalable CMS data structures, expertise in backend development using Java/Spring Boot. Also includes architecting scalable, highly available and performant enterprise APIs in a B2B setting with strict SLAs and documenting solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
