Job Description
The United Firm, APC is seeking a Remote EOIR Case Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a strong client-service attitude, excellent case management skills, and at least 2 years of immigration law experience. This role requires an in-depth understanding of procedural requirements for EOIR (Executive Office for Immigration Review) cases, as well as the ability to prepare, file, and manage various immigration-related petitions. In this position, the legal assistant will participate in all aspects of our immigration law practice, including managing client relationships, case preparation, review, and analysis.
