Drive training and capability development within the team, fostering a strong learning culture. Implement and uphold discipline-specific quality standards, tools, and best practices. Provide mentoring and coaching to engineers and designers to support professional growth. Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure effective integration of discipline-specific inputs. Act as a key technical interface with clients, providing support and assurance across projects. Contribute to resource planning, recruitment, and succession within the discipline.
