Manager, Strategic Planning

The Manager of Strategic Planning will play a pivotal role in architecting and fortifying robust processes that elevate prioritization, forecasting, and decision-making within the strategic landscape of our Medicare Advantage business. The Manager will collaborate with a diverse array of key internal stakeholders to drive this transformation and help shape future Aledade Plus initiatives. Primary duties include building and strengthening processes that improve prioritization, forecasting, and decision-making in Medicare Advantage in collaboration with Finance, Analytics, Actuarial, Product, and Operational teams. You will also develop financial and other analyses to illuminate efficacy and efficiency of established and new Aledade Plus initiatives, and lead buy/build/partner strategy and execution to fill identified capability gaps in our health plan operations. Finally, you will communicate outcomes and key decision points to operational leaders, cross-departmental stakeholders, and executives.
