Full Stack Engineer (Ruby/React)

About the Role:

• Bridge the gap between high availability cloud infrastructure and mission critical mobile applications operating at the tactical edge.
• Solve complex data serialization and synchronization challenges for disconnected, low bandwidth, and offline environments.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain robust frontends using React and high-performance APIs using Ruby on Rails.
• Drive advanced PostgreSQL data modeling, schema migrations, query optimization, and indexing strategies.
• Manage Docker and Kubernetes services, Terraform infrastructure as code, and automated CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of professional full-stack experience with production grade applications.
• Deep expertise in Ruby, SQL, and modern React architecture.
• Experience with containerization, orchestration, and infrastructure as code.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range of $150,000 to $185,000 plus equity.
