Full Stack Engineer - (Ruby on Rails/React)

• Founded in 2019, Reveal is a startup providing software tools for defense, security, and public safety missions.
• Its flagship products include Farsight, a 3D processing and mission planning platform, and Identifi, a secure identity verification solution.

About the Role:

• We're building a data-intensive platform that ingests, enriches, and routes information from external sources.
• We're looking for a senior engineer who's comfortable moving across the stack: backend, data analytics, cloud infrastructure, and modern web frontend.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain Ruby on Rails applications with PostgreSQL, including progressive web apps for mobile, desktop, and offline use.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs, database schemas, and data models for mission-critical defense and logistics systems.
• Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes with secure software supply-chain practices.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of full stack development experience with strong Ruby on Rails, Python, Docker, and Kubernetes skills.
• Experience building modern web applications using React, TypeScript, and mapping libraries.
• Excellent technical communication skills including writing design documents and ADRs.
