About the Role:
- CTG is seeking a Technical Lead specializing in Ruby and Ruby on Rails to support the design, development, and modernization of mission-critical federal software systems.
- This role is ideal for a senior technical leader who brings strong backend architecture expertise and hands-on engineering experience.

Qualifications:
- 9+ years of professional experience in software engineering, including enterprise application development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Ruby, Ruby on Rails, React, Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevSecOps workflows.
