Senior Developer US Security & IT

The Role:

• You will take ownership of full-stack development initiatives, contributing to products used by businesses and employees across North America.
• You will collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to design reliable, scalable, and user-focused experiences.
• You will contribute across the entire software lifecycle, from architecture and implementation to testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:

• Design, build, and maintain web and mobile application capabilities that support business and customer needs.
• Solve complex engineering challenges related to scalability, concurrency, background processing, and data ingestion.
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, knowledge sharing, and mentorship to improve team capabilities.

What You Bring:

• 4+ years of hands-on Ruby on Rails experience building and maintaining production applications.
• Strong frontend development skills with JavaScript and experience with React or React Native.
• Strong SQL and data analysis abilities, with experience using data to troubleshoot issues and guide technical decisions.
