Associate, Paid Social

What you'll do:

• Setting up and managing paid social campaigns on Meta across assigned markets.
• Monitoring campaign performance and flagging anomalies with recommended actions.
• Analyzing creative performance and preparing structured briefs for the Brand team.

Who you are:

• 1-2 years of experience in paid social or performance marketing.
• Comfortable working with data and communicating insights in plain language.
• Curious about creative, self-starter, organized, and collaborative.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range $50,000 - $85,000 plus year-end performance bonus and equity package.
