Responsibilities:
- Proactively ensure assigned accounts/territory develops new sales opportunities collaborating with the local sales team through the provision of onsite seminars, technical consulting, and application feasibility test (demonstrations).
- Manage early-stage opportunities until they reach a technical close.
- Master technical application support during the sales process including post sales visits including training, customer success initiatives, advanced troubleshooting, and data analysis.
Qualifications:
- PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry or equivalent
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Five (5) years of hands-on experience with HPLC and Light Scattering instruments
Requirements:
- Strong communication and social skills, basic digital literacy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an excellent familiarity with basic lab techniques, instrumentation, and software.
- Driving record in good standing
