Job Description
Ardent is seeking a Scrum Master to support Agile delivery for a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) program. This individual will serve as the team facilitator, ensuring Agile principles and best practices are followed to drive team performance, stakeholder collaboration, and incremental delivery of high-value solutions. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in Scrum and Kanban methodologies, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to guide Agile teams in a mission-focused federal environment.
Responsibilities include facilitating Scrum events, collaborating with Product Owners, removing impediments, tracking Agile metrics, fostering communication, coaching team members, supporting user story development, and utilizing tools like Jira and Confluence.
