Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical reference for client teams, supporting architecture decisions and SDLC evolution.
- Implement and adapt Flow's offerings to each project's technical context, identifying AI opportunities.
- Support adoption of AI coding tools, mentor developers, and evaluate solution results.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in software development and production environments.
- Consistent knowledge of SDLC, including development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI coding, prompt engineering, and AI agents.
Differentials:
- Experience with Agentic SDLC, Spec-Driven Development, Contract-First.
- Familiarity with legacy modernization using AI, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Consulting experience or embedded client project work.
