Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Create high-quality, maintainable code that meets design specifications.
Integrate AI-assisted development tools into daily workflow to materially increase velocity and quality.
Manage context engineering and harness engineering for reliable output from agentic tools.

Requirements & Skills:

7+ years in software development with strong communication skills.
Demonstrated hands-on adoption of AI-assisted engineering tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot).
Proficiency in modern backend languages (Go, Java, Python, TypeScript/Node), Web Services, REST API, RDBMS, SQL, ORM, CSS, AWS, OAuth2, OIDC, Git, CI.

Desired Skills:

Experience in Kanban environment, building LLM-powered features, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks is a plus.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science preferred.
