Software Engineer - AI

About the role:

• This is not a role where you build LLM products, but one where you build the product with AI agents.
• You will work inside a high-traffic codebase processing billions of requests daily.
• You plan, implement, and ship features with coding agents doing most of the writing.

What You Will Do:

• Ship real features in production using coding agents like Claude Code, Cursor, and Copilot.
• Own the output by treating agent-written code as untrusted until thoroughly reviewed.
• Build team-level tooling including prompts, skills, and guardrails for agents.

What You Will Need:

• Daily use of coding agents on real work with demonstrable projects.
• Solid engineering fundamentals in clean code, testing, and security.
• Willingness to share your setup and review AI-assisted pull requests.
