Participate in Business Requirement Designing, Solution Designing, and AIS Review workshops. Analyze and document business and technical requirements, and collaborate with interfacing development team to analyze the requirement impacts. Design system architecture to implement the technical requirements. Map technical requirements to sub-systems. Prepare Detailed Design Specifications (DDS).

This is a remote, entry-level position for someone with exposure to C# and programming. You will write new code in the functional paradigm, primarily in functional C#. You should have a good understanding of the language features of C# and care about the choices you make. Oversee software development teams and processes, focusing on Air-to-Air applications; work to prioritize and plan software development in scrum or scrum-like iterative cycles; ensure the team’s work implements and verifies requirements and complies with architectural constraints; inform and shape the software development process; identify roadblocks to software development progress; monitor team progress toward milestones; design and implement software and unit tests and participate in peer reviews of requirements.
