Support Olo’s Sales Operations team with building and maintaining Salesforce solutions that accelerate the teams across the sales organization. Design, customize ,and configure Salesforce to meet complex business requirements, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation flows. Implement data governance strategies, including data quality, data migration, and data archiving.

You will play a pivotal role in scaling one of the most advanced food ordering platforms in the market, designing, developing, scaling, and monitoring solutions and services to our Rails product, directly enhancing how we facilitate digital ordering through our network of third-party marketplaces. You will contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring system scalability, reliability, and efficiency, using modern tools and technologies such as .NET Core (C# and F#), ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, TeamCity, GitHub, Octopus Deploy.

Lead Olo’s G&A model, driving forecast accuracy and process optimization around key G&A investments. Clear communication, strong attention to detail, and general leadership qualities are heavily sought after. This role will play a critical role in consolidating Olo’s P&L forecasts and relevant reporting, variance analysis, and recommending actions to optimize the P&L.

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Consumer On Premise team, you will architect, develop, scale, and monitor solutions, improvements, and services that provide the dashboards, tools, and interfaces to manage their use of Olo’s products. You'll be part of a passionate team that encourages new ideas and experimentation to deliver amazing products using modern technologies.
