As a Senior Software Engineer on the Dispatch team, you will architect, develop, scale, and monitor solutions, improvements, and services that provide the dashboards, tools, and interfaces to manage their use of Olo’s products. The team's mission is to create tools and features that enable the brand's day-to-day operations and aims to collaborate well. They encourage new ideas and experimentation; no part of the codebase is off-limits.
Play a pivotal role in Olo's Customer Experience Team, helping to guide new and existing restaurant brands as they join the Olo Platform or expand their tech stack. Your work will guide customers through the end-to-end Implementation process from kickoff to launch, managing the relationship throughout the project, and you will collaborate with broader internal project stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes for your assigned customers.
