Halcyon is growing and looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to empower our growing Sales team through impactful, hands-on enablement programs that drive performance, skill development, and productivity. This role will work closely with the Director of Sales Enablement and cross-functional partners to build, implement, and scale programs that reinforce core selling skills and enable reps to win more consistently and efficiently.

You will own and optimize Vanta's SDR operations and be the strategic force behind scaling SDR productivity and efficiency by building repeatable processes, improving tooling, and leveraging data insights. Partner closely with Sales Leadership and Marketing to ensure the SDR engine is firing on all cylinders. Lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance SDR productivity and overall revenue growth.
