Job Description
As a Senior Sales Enablement Manager, you will design and roll out a new onboarding curriculum for Account Executives and Account Managers, helping new hires get up to speed faster and more confidently. You will partner with Marketing and Product Marketing to refresh sales playbooks and ensure alignment on messaging, value propositions, and competitive positioning. You will also interview customers to determine what Mark43 can do to make their buying process easier, and work with cross-functional teams to address these issues. Furthermore, you lead a training session on objection handling techniques, integrating real-world scenarios gathered from recent sales calls, audit the usage of our sales enablement tools and propose new workflows to improve content discoverability and efficiency, and review operational metrics with Sales leadership and propose data-driven enablement initiatives to support problem areas across the sales cycle.
