Responsibilities:
- Identify fraud indicators and gather evidence compliant with company policy and legal requirements.
- Review claim files for red flags and use investigative tools to determine appropriate next steps.
- Investigate moderate to high complexity cases with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy.
- Coordinate and monitor outside vendor activity related to SIU investigations.
Qualifications:
- 6–8 years of fraud investigation, claims investigation, or SIU support experience.
- Strong evidence gathering, interviewing skills, and adherence to investigative best practices.
- Clear communication skills for summarizing complex findings in writing and verbally.
- Knowledge of fire cause and origin is preferred along with a valid driver's license.
