Responsibilities:

  • Identify fraud indicators and gather evidence compliant with company policy and legal requirements.
  • Review claim files for red flags and use investigative tools to determine appropriate next steps.
  • Investigate moderate to high complexity cases with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy.
  • Coordinate and monitor outside vendor activity related to SIU investigations.

Qualifications:

  • 6–8 years of fraud investigation, claims investigation, or SIU support experience.
  • Strong evidence gathering, interviewing skills, and adherence to investigative best practices.
  • Clear communication skills for summarizing complex findings in writing and verbally.
  • Knowledge of fire cause and origin is preferred along with a valid driver's license.
