We are currently seeking an experienced Coding Staff Manager to join our team providing management including coordinating a successful onboarding experience, communicating best practices, defining expectations, and communicating project requirements.
Responsibilities include providing support and technical assistance to Coding staff, managing staffing needs for assigned clients, monitoring productivity and quality, and participating on the interview team to evaluate candidates and mentor staff. You will manage scheduling requests, approve timesheets, and collaborate with Client Success and CQR Teams to identify client needs and ensure quality expectations. Acting as a talent magnet, leveraging your professional network and demonstrating expertise through market activities is expected.
Success will be measured by staff engagement, satisfaction, retention, quality, productivity targets, staffing efficiency, and time to fill.
