Staff Engineer, Development Lifecycle

Accountabilities:

• Lead the definition and implementation of engineering processes for compliance and certification in regulated industries.
• Translate complex standards like ISO/IEC 25010 and ASPICE into practical engineering practices.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to embed quality and compliance into the full development lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Strong background in software engineering and engineering process management within agile environments.
• Proven track record in leading compliance, certification, or safety-critical software initiatives.
• Experience with Linux-based systems in production or engineering contexts.
