- Own and prioritize the tactical product backlog, translating strategic roadmaps into actionable user stories and requirements.
- Drive sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews to ensure product development aligns with timelines and business objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional product releases, ensuring technical readiness, operational documentation, and team training.
Required Skills:
- Experience with backlog and roadmap management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar agile project management software.
- Proven success working in a fully remote, distributed team environment, demonstrating self-motivation and accountability.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, capable of driving alignment across diverse teams.
