CoderPad is looking for a highly motivated, analytical, and proactive individual to serve as Chief of Staff to our VP of Marketing. This is a high-impact, high-visibility opportunity ideal for someone with ~2 years of experience in management consulting or strategic operations who is eager to learn the inner workings of a fast-paced, high-performing startup marketing organization. As Chief of Staff, you’ll be a force multiplier for our VP of Marketing—helping set strategy, drive execution, and accelerate key cross-functional initiatives across our go-to-market team. You'll partner closely with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Product to develop a repeatable, scalable growth playbook that aligns marketing investment with revenue impact.
