Responsibilities:
- You will own performance investigations across the product and data stack, from slow queries to production improvements.
- You will design and evaluate data architecture changes to improve product performance.
- You will partner with Product, frontend, and backend engineers to optimize product behavior.
Requirements:
- You have 5+ years of experience building and optimizing production data systems or data-intensive applications.
- You have advanced SQL skills and strong proficiency in Python or another general-purpose programming language.
- You have experience optimizing analytical workloads in column-oriented databases like ClickHouse.
