About the Role:
- This senior leadership role directs cybersecurity architecture and engineering across all divisions.
- The position focuses on improving operational efficiencies in a fully cloud-based environment.
- It serves as a key successor for all InfoSec functional areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine enterprise-wide security standards in partnership with Engineering, Infrastructure, and Data teams.
- Manage external assessments and synthesize findings for senior leadership.
- Lead identity and access management, including lifecycle governance and authentication controls.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 12 years building global cybersecurity programs, with 5 years leading architecture teams.
- Strong knowledge of DevSecOps, AWS, Zero Trust, and frameworks like NIST 800-53 and ISO 27001.
- Relevant industry certification required (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
