Job Description
As a Senior Project Manager at Narvar, you will be instrumental in driving the successful end-to-end implementation of our solutions for our most strategic and enterprise-level retailers. You will lead complex, multi-faceted projects, ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial kickoff through post go-live support. Your expertise in project management methodologies, combined with your ability to navigate technical discussions and manage diverse stakeholder groups, will be key to maximizing time to value for our customers and strengthening Narvar's position as a trusted partner. You will also contribute to evolving our best-in-class Professional Services practices. Manage highly complex, global, multi-brand, and multi-region projects end-to-end for our Strategic and Enterprise retailers, including comprehensive kickoff, detailed requirements-gathering, meticulous project planning, proactive risk and stakeholder management, precise milestone tracking, through to successful launch and post go-live hypercare support.The candidate should have 8+ years of experience in customer-facing, enterprise-level software implementation, technical account management, consulting, or systems integration roles, ideally within a SaaS environment.
