Senior Technical Project Manager

You'll establish project governance by designing and owning a cross-phase governance cadence, leading and scaling sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and weekly status reviews, and setting up robust tracking for timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables. You will drive technical execution by translating inputs into well-scoped engineering tickets, prioritizing and driving them through completion, executing database operations, writing and running automation scripts, and managing our agent suite. You will build processes from intake to deployment while implementing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, system integrations, and tooling under the guidance of engineering leadership. Also, lead cross-functional alignment by acting as the primary liaison between Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success and creating and delivering internal and customer-facing technical roadmaps, timelines, and presentations. You'll mitigate risk & communicate status by identifying architecture or dependency risks early and reporting progress directly to our Co-Founders.
