Senior DevOps Engineer

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will focus on Kubernetes operations to design, build, and maintain cloud-native infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code, following GitOps principles and tools. You will orchestrate scalable containerized applications, streamline cluster operations, and ensure high availability through automated deployments and comprehensive observability across our infrastructure. You will be part of a dedicated team within the vibrant, fast-paced environment of LastPass, where contributions will play a key role in shaping future infrastructure, enabling seamless application delivery, and promoting DevOps best practices across the organization. Leveraging technical expertise, you will help generate innovative ideas and provide guidance to both your team and other engineering groups to ensure smooth, efficient operations. You will collaborate closely with architecture and security teams to help ensure our services remain secure, reliable, maintainable, and scalable. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining Kubernetes clusters, driving standardization and automation of build and deployment processes, monitoring system health and infrastructure performance, automating infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, and collaborating with product development teams to streamline application delivery and promote DevOps best practices. Furthermore, you will lead or support the migration of applicaitons to new infrastructure, strengthen the security and compliance posture of the infrastructure, troubleshoot complex issues across the stack, and participate in on-call rotations and contribute to incident response and root cause analysis.
