Enterprise Data Executive

Enterprise Data Strategy:

• Develop Mariner's enterprise-wide data strategy using a future-back perspective aligned with long-term business and technology objectives.
• Define the enterprise data operating model, including governance, ownership, and lifecycle management.
• Evaluate the current data landscape and translate strategy into a phased roadmap with measurable outcomes.

Data Governance & Enterprise Intelligence:

• Establish enterprise standards for metadata, lineage, stewardship, and data quality.
• Define data domains, semantic standards, and reusable data products for consistency.
• Ensure data is trusted, discoverable, auditable, and governed for operational, analytical, and AI use cases.

Risk, Compliance & Information Governance:

• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Information Security to meet regulatory, privacy, and cybersecurity requirements.
• Incorporate governance considerations into strategy from the outset.
• Establish policies for data retention, privacy, access management, and PII protection.
