As a Senior Member Growth Manager, you will lead consumer enrollment initiatives, focusing on driving program adoption across various industries. This role demands a blend of growth marketing expertise, data proficiency, and operational strength to develop, execute, and refine outreach strategies. You will design and implement cutting-edge strategies to maximize consumer enrollment. You'll utilize industry insights and campaign performance data to create a best-in-class outreach playbook and develope compelling, client-specific strategies by combining historical data with insights from client consultations. You will leverage performance marketing data to inform strategic recommendations and optimize campaigns. You'll monitor and own success metrics for your portfolio, using analytical tools to drive results. The role involves reporting on marketing initiatives, providing data-driven insights to key stakeholders for continuous improvement. You will collaborate with internal teams—Design, Growth Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Commercial—to execute successful enrollment campaigns. You'll ensure efficient processes are in place while continuously seeking improvements. You'll develope and maintain strong client relationships by providing strategic program management and consultation.
