JOB SUMMARY:
- Manages the programming, operational planning and design of complex projects.
- Supports process improvement initiatives.
- Ensures the completion of projects within budget and on schedule.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Designs and drives multiple large projects.
- Develops, interprets, communicates, and executes project plan and budget.
- Establishes an influential, consultative relationship with project sponsors.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in a work-related discipline/field.
- Seven (7) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.
KNOWLEDGE:
- Knowledge of Lean, JIT, Six Sigma and Flow Manufacturing techniques.
- Knowledge of principles of business and management strategic planning.
- In-depth knowledge of own functional areas.
